Introduction

EMI-EMERGENCY MEDICAL INTERNATIONALwas founded in 1981 as an EMS care
product company, through the years it has broaden it's activities, offering not only
it's model ambulances, ambulatory clinics and all variety of specialized emergency
vehicles, but also secured representations with other manufacturers of top known
brands in the medical industry. Due to the commitments with other manufacturers
EMI has catered to the international market, with an easy passageway to Latin
America, and instituted agents and offices in several territories. We sell either dir-
ectly to the customer or through a network of distributors and service engineering
companies throughout Latin America.

As
EMI/MEDPRO we have installed a total of 15 Cathlabs throughout the international
market. The marketing campaign developed for South and Central America is working
out very nicely. It's potential outlook is promising, an instrumental element has been
financing capabilities to the institution directly. Our medical division inventory
furnishes an assortment of equipment, specialized in all departments to serve your
special requirements and budget.
EMI proposes a comprehensive line of products
such as modular units, ambulatory clinics, emergency vehicles, anesthesiology,
respiratory, x-ray and nuclear medicine equipment. Specialists cautiously examine
everything we market for operating achievement. Every product, including those
from other manufactures must satisfy rigorous quality fundamentals before we
propose them to our valued customers. Our showrooms are spacious and exhibit
a vast assortment of products accessible to the medical industry.

As EMI/Consulting Engineering we have remanufactured and installed more than
20 x-ray rooms of 500- 1000ma, Nine CT scanners and Two Accelerators. We can
evaluate quality at every stage, as part of this commitment to quality; the marketing
staff interacts with customers who provide responses about product usage and service.
Here is where we have been asked to participate as "Consulting Engineers" to many
hospitals. As mechanical, electrical and software engineers explore new technologies
with high tech tools, like CASE (computer aided software engineering) and CAD/CAM
(computer assisted design and manufacturing); with a goal of improving existing
products or developing new ones.

Numerous of our agents, associates, representatives, technicians, and sales crew
abroad have undergone thorough training in the United States at our facility. This
qualifies them to professionally understand the needs of the medical profession
These training's are effected by paramedics, doctors, manufacturers, and specialized
technicians in certain choice fields. We are very fortunate to report that in the last 17
years EMI has outfitted approximately 900 ambulances and 188 police cars to South,
Central America and the Caribbean. Our accomplishments in spite of the unsteadiness
abroad is attested to our service after the sale, combined with quality products and
knowledge in the product matter; both in the manufacturing and technical
medical areas.

Company Ownership

Emergency Medical International is a privately held Florida Corporation. Juan
Manfredi
is the President and majority stockholder. EMI was founded in 1981
as an
Emergency Medical Services company providing emergency vehicles for
export. These vehicles included ambulances, police cars, fire trucks and
complete mobile ambulatory clinics. The company also provided a complete
line of ancillary products for these vehicles. The distribution of products for
respiratory therapy grew out of this beginning and has become a major part
of
EMI's business.

Through direct marketing of both new and reconditioned respirators as well as
maintaining a complete inventory of disposable and replacement items,
EMI has
established a recognizable presence in this market throughout Latin America.
The introduction of
EMI/Med-Pro Cath Labs in 1986 propelled the company into
a new market. To date
EMI has been very successful in this new challenge with
the installation of
15 Cath Labs. The increased recognition from this effort has
increased the overall sales and profitability of the company.
